The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website including mobile applications. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking with us. By using this website and Casa Sur’s online booking service you are agreeing to  be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed below which form the basis of your contract with Casa Sur.

Your reservation and the accommodation agreement (whether made by you directly or via a third party such as a travel agent) will be subject to these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy set out below.  When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy.

If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or other third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party and Casa Sur has no liability for any acts or omissions of such party including their observance of your data protection rights.

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

  1. Definitions

    “Company” or “we” means CASA SUR, whose registered office is at E G Ö İnşaat Turizm ve Tic. Ltd. Şti or its applicable group company.

    “Booking” means the booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with us.

    “Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.

    “Hotel” means the premises for which your Booking is made.

    “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

    “Websites” means or any other website owned or operated by us relating to a Hotel from time to time.

    “VAT” means value added tax.

  2. Bookings

    By making a booking, you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all the persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all the members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions.

    When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied. You should retain a copy of this confirmation for your reference. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at the hotel.

    You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact Casa Sur immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete.

    We cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies that are not brought to our attention within twenty-four hours of issuing your confirmation, nor can we accept responsibility for inaccurate information that you have supplied.

  3. Paying for Your Booking

    At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

    We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards, bank transfer or cash. Cheques are not accepted as payment.

    For advance purchase rates the card you booked with must be presented on arrival, along with the appropriate ID.

    At the time of check-in we will authorise the accommodation charges (room rate, VAT and any service charge) and anticipated incidentals for the duration of your stay against your credit/debit card. We may also choose to accept a deposit in place of payment card authorisation by another valid form of payment, including cash.

    During your stay, the Hotel will calculate the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis. If the cost of those incidentals exceed the authorisation taken on check-in, further authorisation will automatically be requested and if such authorisation is not available, we may request another method of settlement or a deposit to be provided, failing which we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.

    All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel. If the outstanding charges do not exceed the authorisation taken on check-in, the authorisation for the amount not utilised will be released, however, we cannot control how long it takes for your bank to effect such release. If staying for multiple nights at the Hotel we may require you to make payment for any outstanding charges on a more frequent basis during your stay.

  4. Charges

    The prices displayed on the Websites are an average per night per room until a rate is selected. Any meals, service or VAT (at the prevailing rate) are included only if specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Once a rate is selected on the Websites, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary. Prices shall be charged in the local currency of the Hotel and Euro & U.S Dollars.

    The VAT breakdown shown is indicative based on the current rate of VAT, and the expected VAT treatment of the goods or services. VAT will be payable at the prevailing rate applicable at the tax point of the invoice or Booking confirmation issued, and may change depending on the actual rate and the VAT treatment of the goods and services purchased at that date.

  5. Check-in / Check-out Requirements

    In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport / identity card and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder. If guests are travelling from outside Turkey, we are also obliged by law to require guests to provide the number and place of issue of your passport/identity card. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime. We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.

    Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 11:59pm on the scheduled day of arrival unless otherwise agreed directly with the Hotel. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival.

    On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Hotel.

  6. Cancellation Policy and No Shows

    The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked. Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking.

    For rates marked “Non Refundable” – We require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the Booking and this is non-refundable and the Booking non-changeable. Prepayment is charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of the Booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.

    For rates marked as “Flexible Rate” – These are cancellable without charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after the relevant time and will be charged to the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge for one night’s accommodation per room booked if the above cancellation requirements are not met.

    Depending on the type of booking, full prepayment of your reservation amount may be requested at the time of booking in which case you credit/debit card can be charged with the full reservation amount at any time between the time of booking and the check-in date.

    If you have not paid for your reservation in full at the time of booking, you will need to pay in full on arrival at the hotel.

    If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your reservation. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all monies paid or due at that date and you must pay the cancellation charges notified to you at the time of booking.

    Payment for any incidental extras (e.g. mini bars, additional meals etc.) must be made directly to the hotel before you check out.

  7. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

    Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Hotel.

    We may need to allocate an alternative room to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a different room during your booking for which a lower rate is available than the rate you booked at, we will refund you the difference in the rates.

    We cannot be held responsible for cancelling your booking as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of our Booking Terms & Conditons and we cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation.

  8. Damage

    By making a booking, you are accepting responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself or a member of your party .We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card full payment for any such damage or loss or if the limit of your credit or debit card is not available, we reserve our right of requesting cash payment. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made. You are also accepting paying our own and the other party’s full legal costs that may arise in the future as a result of the aforesaid loss or damage.

  9. Parking

    Since the Hotel has its a limited car park, there may be a charge and/or limited spaces available and space may not be available for the duration of your stay. Terms and conditions may also apply to car park use. Please contact the Hotel directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage or theft to vehicles parked in the car park (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).

  10. Hotel Events

    Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year our hotels may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break. Please contact the Hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.

  11. Guest Behaviour

    Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accomodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

  12. No Smoking

    Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas by law. In case of acting contrary, the sanctions and fines governed in the relevant laws are applied. The said fine 150€ will be added to the bill if the guest is found to be smoking, including any additional costs such as, but not limited to, deep cleaning and burn repairs.

  13. Children

    All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

    Cots and extra beds are available in the Hotel. However, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking. Children under 6 years can stay in the hotel for free and the hotel will provide a baby crib, subject to availability.

  14. Personal Information

    Telephone calls may be recorded from time to time to help us improve the service we offer you.All personal information stored and used by us is done so in accordance with our Privacy Policy , which is available on request or on our customer services.

  15. Medical Conditions

    If you or any member of your party has a medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please call Reservations to advise us so that we can make provision for the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, or advise you if we are unable to make such provision. If details are not provided to us at the time of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking should it be unable to make appropriate provision for a specific need or needs.

  16. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

    The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures, industrial dispute, injuries and death of an individual(s) through accidental circumstances unconnected with the hotel.

  17. Limitation of Liability

    The Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Hotel property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings.

    The Company will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or any loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity (whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees, contractor or agents or otherwise). The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges received by it under the Contract.

  18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are governed by Turkish law. Turkish courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with or out of the Contract, including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations.

    Each party irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or later have to proceedings being brought in the Turkish courts (on the grounds that the Turkish courts are not a convenient forum or otherwise).

  19. Web Site Information

    While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website, the Company does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Website without notice. Please note that in certain circumstances, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of a particular product or hotel.

    The content of the Website is the copyright of the Company, and may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or amended for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

    Trade marks used on the Website are the property of the respective owners. Hyperlinks to third party websites are provided for your convenience. We cannot accept responsibility for the content or use of third party sites.

    This Site is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.

  20. Your Personal Details & Privacy

    We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 18 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers, place of issue. This is in accordance with the . These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the law.

    Our policy surrounding the personal details you provide as part of any booking or enquiry through this website / or third party website, including the privacy of those details are explained and set out in our Privacy Policy which you can read here.

    You accept that any entries you make to an on-site guest book, if available, will not contain personal information or details you would not want disclosed. Any entries containing personal details that may fall into the DPA and GDPR may be removed and destroyed.

  21. WiFi Fair & Appropriate Usage Policy

    Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.

    The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is not prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.

  22. Damages & Lost Property

    We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost.

    Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.

    If the guest loses the room key, he/she will be charged 10€.

  23. Pets & Service Dogs

    We do accept pets throughout the accommodation with extra fee, we take 100€ as a deposit.

  24. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

    CASA SUR reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the website and/or change, amend or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
